Colorescience, known for its powder sunscreen and SPF-infused makeup, was acquired by Roundtable Healthcare Partners, a private equity firm that invests in health-related businesses such as clinics, labs and medical products on Feb. 2. Colorescience’s distribution points at medical spas and dermatologist clinics were a draw for the firm. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
