Police have charged two teens following an e-bike crash in Kangaroo Point on 23 January.
Around 1.20pm, it is alleged a now 16-year-old boy rode an e-motorcycle in the Clem 7 tunnel and crashed.
He was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
