Construction starts on major over-50s housing projects in Logan

Construction has begun on two over-50s housing developments in Logan, with a combined 592 homes planned across sites at Chambers Flat and Heritage Park.

Developer GemLife is delivering the $470 million project, which includes 282 homes at Chambers Flat and 310 at Heritage Park.
