US President Donald Trump has announced a three-day ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine, hoping it will be the “beginning of the end” of the war.
The ceasefire will take place from May 9 to 11 and will “mark the end of World War Two for the Russians”, Mr Trump said in a Truth Social post.
