A Hollywood Scion’s Custom-Built House in L.A. Lists for $15 Million

Director and producer Jesse Bochco—son of television pioneer Steven Bochco and actress Barbara Bosson—and his wife, production and interior designer Rae Bochco, began building a bespoke home from the ground up on a double lot in the seaside community of Venice around 15 years ago, envisioning it as a midcentury-meets-bohemian homage to celebrated Los Angeles architect Ray Kappe.
