Learner motorcyclist allegedly caught speeding in Melbourne school zone amid raging L-plate debate

A learner motorcyclist has had his bike impounded after allegedly speeding through a school zone.

The 20-year-old man was spotted allegedly riding the bike at 135km/h in a 40km/h zone outside of a school in Lalor, North Melbourne, about 4pm on Friday.

Police stopped the motorcycle soon after and…
