The Office (U.S. Version)
While US remakes of international shows often butcher the original to catastrophic effects (The Inbetweeners, Skins, and Fawlty Towers/Payne to name a few), The Office remains the most obvious exception to the rule. And, while we understand why Paul Rudd famously told Steve Carell not to take on the role of Michael Scott, we’re unbelievably glad his advice was ignored.
