Sydney Water launches micro drama campaign to reduce wastewater blockages

Utility Sydney Water has launched a “micro drama” based campaign, Pipe Dramas, to address the issue of wastewater blockages. The campaign aims to educate customers on proper disposal practices, as over half of surveyed customers still mistakenly believe other items can be flushed.
