The 22,700ha sheep station near Lyndhurst which comes with its own ghost town was sold at auction after being home to Kevin and Anne Dawes for more than 40 years was sold walk-in, walk-out for $2.75 million. Included in the deal were 1504 Merino ewes and plant and machinery.
