This fall, NOAH Hospitality Group is opening UKIYO on the second level of 818 Lincoln Road, bringing a fully theatrical take on kaiten-style sushi to Miami Beach. The 7,431-square-foot indoor-outdoor space blends architecture, landscape, and water into an immersive dining environment, with layered lighting and natural materials turning every table into its own intimate setting.
