Sydney construction site scaffolding collapses for second time in weeks

Part of a Sydney construction site has collapsed for a second time just weeks after two men were seriously injured by a falling wall of bricks.

Security cameras captured the dramatic moment wild winds tore down multi-storey scaffolding at Ultimo, crushing two cars and narrowly missing two people.
