Whale carcass forces City Beach closure as sharks circle

Large sharks have circled near a beached whale carcass which has forced the closure of a popular swimming spot.

A curious crowd gathered on the sand at City Beach in Perth where a shark advice was issued on Monday when a dead whale was reported about 7.30am.
