One of the rarest and most important watches in modern horology has wound up on the auction block.
A coveted Philippe Dufour Simplicity will go under the gavel in an unreserved government auction in the U.K. this month. It is one of five luxury timepieces seized as proceeds of crime by U.K. authorities and will be auctioned off by Wilsons Auctions on October 29.
