When you decide to plan your wedding in two months, you become pretty comfortable with making quick decisions. That’s exactly what happened to me a few months ago when I decided (after four years of being engaged) to get the planning process done and dusted in eight weeks. I quickly learned what was a non-negotiable and what I was willing to go without, and I didn’t have the luxury of time to give either much thought.
