A truck has rolled, causing all outbound lanes of a major road in Melbourne to be closed.
The cement truck rolled on Queens Rd, near Kings Way, about 2.30pm on Tuesday.
It is unclear if anyone has been injured, however the truck driver was seen being carried out from the cabin.
