Colombian makeup artist Marcelo Gutierrez has been appointed i-D magazine’s global beauty editor at large, the publication announced Wednesday.
Gutierrez will steer the publication’s beauty coverage across digital and print, leading an upcoming standalone beauty zine set for release in spring 2026 in concert with i-D’s 376th issue, according to a release shared with The Business of Beauty. He will also act as a makeup artist on occasional shoots for the magazine.
