Virgin Atlantic expands on their dedication to accessible travel with new initiatives

Alongside ongoing BSL training for cabin crew, the airline has committed to increasing the number of subtitled options available on in-flight entertainment. Currently, around 80 per cent of movies and 40 per cent of TV shows have subtitled options.

Other initiatives include increasing the clarity of services and links to special assistance contacts within Virgin Atlantic’s ‘My Booking’ platform and the introduction of Sign Live, an on-demand BSL.
